Global Quality Standards

Every stainless steel plate entering the Welltech® production line is recorded with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, ensuring full traceability until project delivery. Our welding processes are carried out by approved (Certified) welders, strictly adhering to international WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) standards.

Quality Control FAQ

What documents do you provide upon delivery?

We provide a 'Quality File' (Data Book) upon project delivery. This file includes EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, welder certificates, NDT test reports, hydrostatic test minutes, and general technical drawings.

Are you open to Third Party inspections?

Absolutely. Upon our customers' requests, we allow independent organizations such as TÜV SÜD, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register to accompany the production and testing processes in our factory.
