Critical Process Control

Polymerization, crystallization and aggressive chemical syntheses cannot be performed in standard storage tanks. Welltech® Chemical Reactors are engineered to ASME VIII Div.1 standards to homogenize products of varying viscosities and immediately transfer the heat of endothermic/exothermic reactions.

The Half-Pipe Serpentine (Half-Pipe Jacket) technology offered as standard on the body provides 40% more resistance to thermal shocks and high steam pressure compared to conventional jackets.
