Fully Automatic CIP Systems
Clean-in-Place (in-place washing) units that guarantee your facility's hygiene standards with PLC control and conductivity-based chemical dosing.
Traceable Hygiene Assurance
The only way to prevent cross-contamination in food, beverage and pharmaceutical production lines is validatable washing processes. Welltech CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems wash your pipelines and tanks without disassembly using high-turbulence flow (min. 1.5 m/s). The conductivity of the returning liquid is measured in real-time, and acid and caustic concentrations are automatically replenished through dosing pumps via PLC. Water and energy savings are maximized.

| 4-Tank CIP System | Caustic + Acid + Water + Recovery | Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Heavy Industry |
CIP Systems FAQ
How do you guarantee that the washing liquid reaches sufficient speed?
Turbulent flow is required for hygiene in pipelines. Thanks to flowmeters integrated into the system, the washing flow rate is maintained at a minimum of 1.5 - 2.0 m/s and monitored via PLC.
Can chemical solutions be reused?
Yes, our 3 and 4-tank CIP systems have recovery cycles. Returning acid and caustic solutions are analyzed by conductivity sensors; if the concentration drops, they are dosed and returned to the tank. This saves significant amounts of chemicals and water.
Is reporting and validation possible?
All CIP operations are recorded in the automation panel along with time, temperature, conductivity and flow data. For audits, these data can be output in PDF format via USB or network to ensure full traceability.
