Homogenizer Systems
Perfect particle reduction in liquid-liquid and liquid-solid emulsions. Rotor-stator technology with high shear force for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and advanced chemistry processes.
Rotor & Stator Technology
Ordinary mixers only move the fluid. Homogenizers subject the fluid to enormous mechanical shear force through rotor blades rotating at a very narrow gap (micron level) and stationary stator blades. This way, substances like oil and water that normally don't mix are converted into a perfect emulsion (cream, mayonnaise, lotion, etc.) and particles are micronized to prevent sedimentation.

Critical Engineering Features

Homogenizer Mounting Types
* Selected based on your facility's piping system, tank design and product rheology (fluidity) properties.
| Mounting Type | Operating Principle | Application Area |
|---|---|---|
| Bottom Entry | Mounted to tank bottom, product fed by gravity. | Cosmetic Creams, Mayonnaise, Lotion |
| In-Line (Continuous Flow) | Mounted on the pipeline, circulates. | Large volume syrups, Dairy Products |
| Top Entry (Immersion) | Immersed from the top of the tank via elevator or flange. | Open vessels, Mobile R&D tanks |
| Powder Mixer | Draws powdered raw materials from outside using vacuum created. | Carbon black, Milk powder, Pectin dissolving |
