Homogenizers
Obtain completely homogeneous, smooth, and non-separating (stable) emulsions by breaking down liquid-liquid or liquid-solid mixtures at the micron level.
Rotor-Stator Shearing Technology
Homogenizers are high-speed (3,000 RPM) systems that break down mutually insoluble fluids down to the micron level. The specially designed Rotor-Stator toothed structure reduces the particle size by passing the fluid through a very narrow gap with High Shear force and strictly prevents the mixture from separating over time (phase separation).

Design and Performance Advantages

Model Types and Application Areas
* The rotor-stator tooth structure (fine, medium, coarse particle passage) is specifically selected according to your product's viscosity and the desired final micron size.
| MODEL TYPE | WORKING PRINCIPLE | APPLICATION AREA |
|---|---|---|
| In-Line | Continuous circulation and shearing on the pipeline | Pharma and Chemical |
| Batch (Immersion) | Direct homogenization by immersing into the liquid in the tank | Cosmetics and Food |
| Bottom Entry | High shear unit integrated into the tank bottom | Sauces, Paste, and Cream |
| Multi-Stage | Ultra-fine micron emulsion with triple rotor-stator | Nano-technology (Pharma) |
