Fully Automatic CIP Systems
Smart Clean-In-Place units designed to provide 100% hygiene in your industrial facilities, eliminating human error.
Clean-In-Place Technology
CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems are fully automatic systems that clean production lines, pipes, valves, and process tanks without dismantling them. It eliminates human errors by ensuring that water, acid, caustic, and disinfectants are circulated at the right temperature, flow rate, and duration. The system makes your production lines completely sterile and safe for the next batch.

System Configurations
* CIP systems are specially designed according to the length of the line to be washed, the degree of contamination, and the capacity of your facility.
| SYSTEM CONFIGURATION | TANK CAPACITIES | APPLICATION AREA |
|---|---|---|
| 2-Tank CIP (Water + Caustic) | 500 L - 3,000 L | Dairy and Beverage |
| 3-Tank CIP (Water + Caustic + Acid) | 1,000 L - 5,000 L | Food and Cosmetics |
| 4-Tank (Recovery) CIP | 2,000 L - 10,000 L | Pharma and Biotech |
| Mobile CIP Unit (Portable) | 300 L - 1,000 L | Flexible and Pilot Lines |
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a conductivity sensor do?
It measures the density of the acid or caustic returning from the line. When the chemical concentration drops, it automatically doses fresh chemicals into the system. It also safely terminates the process by sensing that the line is completely free of chemicals when the washing is finished.
How does the CIP system save water?
It stores the final rinse water (which is partially clean) in the 'Recovery Tank' to be used as the initial pre-rinse water for the next wash. This prevents a significant amount of water and energy consumption.
