The Welltech® production line offers a wide capacity range from boutique-scale 1,000-liter tanks to massive 150-ton (150,000 Liter) on-site tanks for industrial facilities. As tonnage increases, hydrostatic load on the body, seismic risks, and wind load analyses are calculated with special engineering software to target zero risk.

How are 150-ton tanks brought to the facility?

Mega tanks of 50,000 Liters and above, which exceed highway transport limits, are built at your facility using the 'On-site fabrication' method by our expert welding teams.

Why is seismic load analysis important?

Especially in tanks of 20 tons and above, the sloshing effect created by the fluid in the event of an earthquake can overturn the tank. We calculate these forces in advance and design special anchorage and wall thickness.
